This UFO sighting was filmed over Sebastopol in Ukraine on 19th August 2015. Kostelov Chenkov, was riding his bike when he saw a plasmatic UFO coming from the clouds. It moves horizontally towards the other direction until it disappears from sight. This is not the first time a similar shaped object is seen over the same area. A couple of videos were recorded in the past and people are asking if it is coincidental or purposely flying over Sebastopol.
